1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 c. sharp shredded Cheddar cheese, shredded
¼ c. green onions, chopped
½ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
12 slices of bacon, cut in half
¼ c. pecans, finely chopped
¼ c. parsley, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
1 – In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
2 – Form the mixture into small balls, about one inch in diameter.
3 – Wrap each ball with a half slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
4 – In a small bowl, mix together chopped pecans and parsley.
5 – Roll the bacon wrapped cheese balls in the pecan and parsley mixture.
6 – Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
7 – Place the cheese balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper – bake for 20 – 25 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
