1 ¾ c. flour
2 T. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. baking soda
¼ tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 c. buttermilk
¼ c. oil
½ tsp. vanilla

Cinnamon Topping
½ c. butter, melted
¾ c. brown sugar
1 T. cinnamon

Cream Cheese Topping:
4 T. butter softened
2 oz. cream cheese, softened
¾ c. powdered sugar
½ tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1 – In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
2 – In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, buttermilk, oil, and vanilla – Add mixture to dry ingredients and stir until moistened.
3 – Preheat a waffle iron and spray with nonstick spray.
4 – Pour batter into the iron, bake until done, and remove with a fork. – Repeat with remaining batter.
5 – For the cinnamon topping – mix melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl. Scoop into a small zip baggie.
6 – For the cream cheese topping, microwave butter and cream cheese until just melted. Stir until smooth, then mix in powdered sugar and vanilla.
7 – Serve waffles with drizzled cinnamon topping with cream cheese frosting.
