1 yellow onion diced
1 lb ground beef
4 cloves garlic minced
3 Tbsp Taco Seasoning
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup salsa
⅔ cup uncooked Minute Rice
1 15-oz can black beans, drained
1 7-oz can green chilis
3 cups grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

Brown ground beef, garlic and onion.

Add taco seasoning, chicken broth, salsa, white rice, black beans, green chiles to a large 13” x 9” casserole dish. Stir everything well until combined.

Top with half of the cheese.

Cover the casserole dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.

Remove the foil and top with remaining cheese. Broil for 5 to 8 minutes or until the cheese has melted and has turned slightly golden brown.
