Cilantro lime rice (serves 20) 4x

3 c uncooked rice (extra long grain)

3 tsp butter

6 cloves garlic, minced

3 tsp freshly squeezed lime juice

6 tsp chicken bouillon (use veggie bouillon for kids that are vegan)

6 c water

3 T freshly squeezed lime juice

2/3 c fresh chopped cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, combine rice, butter, garlic, 3 tsp lime juice, chicken bouillon, and water. Bring to a boil. Cover and cook on low 15-20 min, until rice is tender. Remove from heat. In a small bowl, combine lime juice and cilantro. Pour over hot rice and mix in as you fluff the rice. (Can be done in a rice cooker).
