1 box fudge brownie mix
¼ cup melted butter
4 oz softened cream cheese
1 lg egg
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup creamy peanut butter
4 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
º350 for 12 minutes
Beat brownie mix, cream cheese, butter and egg
Dough will be sticky
Scoop onto parchment paper, Smooth edges to form a round cookie (24) cookies
2. Mix powdered sugar and peanut butter. Form mixture into 1 inch balls (one for each cookie) Then refrigerate
3. Bake cookies until done. Remove immediately and put peanut butter balls on each cookie
Remove from tray and cool completely
Melt chocolate chips and spoon ½ tablespoon over each cookie. Let set
