2 lbs. ham
2 c. grated raw potatoes
1 3/4 c. unsifted flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cover ham with cold water and cook until tender. Sift baking powder and flour into bowl containing grated raw potatoes. Mix gently. Form dumplings with tablespoon about the size of a tangerine. Drop into boiling ham liquid. Boil 30 minutes (after liquid starts to re-boil). If there are dumplings left, they can be sliced and fried in margarine or butter to be eaten for breakfast with the leftover ham and fried eggs.
