Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 cup of beef broth

Batch of sauteed mushrooms (look at separate recipe for instructions, use herb seasoning option)

1 shallot, very small dice (optional but tasty)

2 tsp. Slurry (50/50 combination of corn starch and water)

Directions:
Directions:
Once water has cooked out of the mushrooms (during the process of sauteing the shrooms), add your shallot before the seasonings. After the seasonings have toasted for about 30 seconds, add your broth as well as some extra seasoning, and heat to boiling. Reduce heat to a simmer.

In small amounts, add a bit of the slurry at a time and stir frequently until it reaches a gravy-like consistency. (You don’t have to use the whole slurry; it may use less.)

Voila, tasty mushroom demi. Mushroom hater approved! (Namely Sarah Freese)
