2 thawed Cornish game hens
1 bunch scallions
salt, pepper, paprika
1/2 cup water with 1 pkg. chicken bouillion
1/2 cup wine or dry vermouth
1 tablespoon soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Clean and split hens. Spray bottom of broiler pan w/Pam. Pour scallions on top of hens and add salt, pepper and paprika. Combine bouillion, wine/vermouth and soy sauce. Pour over hens. Dot with butter. Bake for 15 minutes at 400. Reduce to 350 for 30 minutes. Baste frequently.

Anne Dupin - this is our annual New Years Eve dinner. We usually accompany this dish with a salad and serve over (or on the side) rice. Champagne is always involved as well!!!!
