2 lb. Hamburger
1.5 c. Rye Bread Crumbs
1 Egg, beaten
1/2 c. Onion, chopped
1 16 oz. can Sauerkraut, drained
1/4 c. Sweet Relish
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
1.5 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1.5 c. Grated Swiss
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degree.

Mix all ingredients except sauerkraut and Swiss cheese.

Form into a 6"x14" rectangle. Sprinkle sauerkraut and cheese in middle leaving 1" border all around. Start at one end and roll. Lay into greesed 9x13 baking dish.

Bake 45-60 minutes until achieve interior temperature of 150 degrees. Let stand 10-15 minutes before serving.
