1 loaf Soft French Bread
1 lb. Mozzarella and Monterey Jack Cheese, sliced

Spread Mixture:
1/2 lb. Margarine or Butter, softened
2 tbsp. Onion, grated (or dehydrated)
1 tsp. Prepared Mustard of your choice
2 tsp. Lemon Juice
1 tbsp. Poppy Seeds

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Cut bread into 3/8"-1/2" slices to edge of bottom crust keeping bread in loaf form.

Combine all Spread Mixture ingredients in mixing bowl, then spread on bread slices and place 1/2 piece of each cheese between slices .

Wrap loaf in foil and bake 25-30 minutes.
