Pecan Pie Balls Recipe

1 cup graham cracker crumbs
2½ cups chopped pecans
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
6-8 tablespoons melted butter
½ cup pure maple syrup
24 ounces chocolate almond bark

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the graham crackers, brown sugar, maple syrup and chopped pecans. Add only enough of the melted butter so the mixture comes together and can be rolled into balls without falling apart.

Shape the mixture into one inch balls and set on a tray lined with parchment paper. Set the tray in the refrigerator or freezer for one hour.

Melt the almond bark according to package directions.

Dip each of the pecan pie balls into the melted chocolate and place back onto the parchment covered tray.

Let sit until the chocolate hardens.
