Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
--From Tim: I know this seems to be an easy recipe from a lot of pre-prepared ingredients but this is the goto soup for Savannah when she asks for vegetable soup. She does not prefer a soup made from fresh vegetables.

--You can leave out the ground beef for a vegetable soup.

--The Publix frozen vegetables make this a very quick soup that I can make when Savannah wants some and I don't have any frozen ahead. Also the addition of the gumbo mix adds in some okra and celery to the mix which I think just makes it better.
