1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup brown sugar
2 cups peanut butter
3 cups Rice Krispies®
3 cups Corn Flakes®
12 ounces or 3 sticks of butter
4 cups powdered sugar
2-5 ounce packages of instant vanilla pudding
˝ cup milk
1 package mini semisweet chocolate chips

--Line pan with parchment paper (I use a large cookie sheet so that the bars are really thin

--In a large bowl, combine Rice Krispies and Corn Flakes and set aside

--Combine corn syrup and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until mixture starts to bubble. Remove from heat.

--Stir in peanut butter. Mix until thoroughly combined.

--Pour peanut butter mixture over cereal mixture and stir gently to coat

--Pour mixture into lined pan and pat evenly flat

--Melt 2 sticks of butter in a saucepan over low heat and remove from heat.

--Into the melted butter, stir in powdered sugar, pudding mix and milk and mix completely.

--Pour pudding mixture over bar mix in pan and ensure coated evenly.

--Melt chocolate chips and 1 stick of butter together, either in double boiler or microwave, stir until smooth

--Pour chocolate evenly over pudding mixture, spread to cover.

--Refrigerate until firm

--Slice, serve and enjoy
