2 tsps. black peppercorns
2 tsps. white peppercorns
2½ tsp. kosher salt
2 tsp. thyme
4 tsp. oregano
½ tsp. red pepper flakes
½ cup paprika
½ tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
¼ tsp. cumin
½ tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)

Directions:

Grind peppercorns, salt, thyme, oregano and red pepper flakes separately using a mortar and pestle into a fine powder and place in mixing bowl. Add paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and cumin whisking till well combined. For additional heat add cayenne pepper. Store in airtight container up to 2 years.
