1 tsp. garlic powder
2 pkg. cream cheese
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
¼ c. green onions, finely chopped
¼ c. red bell pepper, finely chopped
1 c. pecans, chopped
Crackers for serving

Directions:
Directions:
1 – In a large bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder until well combined.
2 – Stir in the chopped green onions and red bell pepper.
3 – Shape the mixture in to a ball. If mixture is too soft to hold its shape, refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
4 – Roll the cheese ball in the chopped pecans until it is fully coated.
5 – Wrap the cheese ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
6 – Before serving, let the cheese ball sit a room temperature for about 10 – 15 minutes – Serve with crackers.
