French Onion Beef and Noodles Recipe

2 T. olive oil
1 lb. beef stew meat
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 (10.5 oz) can French onion soup
3 c. beef broth
12 oz. egg noodles
½ c. sour cream
¼ c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. French fried onions

Directions:
Directions:
1 – Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium high heat.
2 – Add the beef and season with the onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3 – Cook for 3 – 5 minutes until beef is seared on all sides.
4 – Add French onion soup and beef broth to the pot and bring to a simmer.
5 – Simmer the beef on low for 10 minutes, then add the egg noodles and simmer for 10 more minutes, stirring occasionally until the noodles are tender.
6 – Remove the pan from the heat. Stir in the sour cream and Parmesan cheese.
7 – Sprinkle with French fried onions as desired.
