Ingredients:
Meat (lamb or beef)
Olive oil
Onion
Garlic
1 can tomato paste diluted with some water
1 can crushed tomatoes
Mushrooms optional- porcini preferred)

* James note: Again, no quantities of meat or onion/garlic/mushrooms given, so use what you think works. Personally I'd go with 1/2 onion, 4 garlic cloves crushed, 1/2 lb porcini or baby crimini mushrooms, enough olive oil in pan to effectively brown the meat, 1 - 1.5 lbs of meat cut into bite-sized chunks. Also, I assume she also added salt and pepper so do that to taste.
