1 3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 cup oil
2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups sliced apples
Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl put all ingredients except apples and nuts. Mix 2-3 min. Add apples and nuts. Spread in a greased and floured 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 50-55 min .or until a toothpick comes out clean. Serve with whipped cream.
