2# stew meat
6 cups beef broth, 6 cups veggie broth
I always mix broths for variety and dimension - never just use one...
1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
8 tbsp Worschershire
1 tsp Italian seasoning
4 tsp onion powder
1.5 cup sour cream
16oz baby portabella mushrooms
16oz egg noodles
Sometimes I toss in some au jus concentrate - every time is different but I recommend it...
2/3 cup cold water
1/2 cup corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all that stuff together and boil it.

Leave out the sour cream, noodles, cold water and corn starch until you're getting close to eating.

Put in the sour cream, noodles, cold water & corn starch combined 15 minutes before you want to eat.

Eat it!
