1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 c. Minute rice
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 soup can of water
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
1 – Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2 – Grease a 9x13 baking dish.
3 – In a medium bowl, combine the cream of chicken soups, minute rice, and one can of water.
4 – Mix well and pour into the prepared casserole dish.
5 – Arrange the chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture.
6 – Sprinkle the onion soup mix evenly over the chicken breasts.
7 – Cover dish with foil and bake for 45 – 50 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
