2 eggs
2 c. cooked chicken
1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ c. grated Parmesan cheese
½ c. flour
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 T. fresh dill (chopped) or 1 T. dried dill
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for frying
Sour cream or yogurt for serving (if desired)

Directions:
Directions:
1 – In a large bowl, combine the chicken, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, flour, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
2 – Heat a thin layer of oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
3 – Scoop about 2 tablespoons of chicken mixture per fritter and drop on the hot oil, flattening them slightly with the back of a spoon.
4 – Fry the fritters for 3 – 4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
5 – Remove the fritters from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
6 – Serve the chicken fritters warm with sour cream or yogurt if desired.
