2 cups warm water
2/3 cup powdered milk
1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp salt
1/3 cup melted butter
1 egg slightly beaten
5 - 5 1/2 cups flour
2 TBL yeast (on top of flour)

Directions:
Directions:
Add ingredients to the bread maker in the order listed above.

Set bread maker to dough

Mix and raise, then remove dough and make out into the shape of rolls, bread, cinnamon rolls, etc.

Let rise 20 - 30 min.

Bake 350 degrees for 20 - 25 min

Can be done without a bread maker, mix in your mixer, kneed and let rise as you do when making yeast bread.
