1/2 cup soft butter
1/3 cup sugar
6 eggs
1/2 cup Orange juice
1 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder

Filling:
3 cups cottage cheese
2 eggs
3 T sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first six ingredients together to make the batter.

Mix the filling ingredients in a separate bowl.

Butter a 9x13 pan.
Pour half the batter in. Pour in all the filling and top with rest of the batter. You can make it to this point and refrigerate overnight).

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. (slightly longer if cold from the fridge, check the center for doneness).

Serve with maple syrup and fresh fruit or favorite jam.
