2 1/2 Cup AP flour
1Tbsp Ginger
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp cloves
Shake of Allspice
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 Cup Light Brown Sugar
3/4 Cup 2 Tbsp Canola oil
1/3 Cup Molassas
1 Large Egg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients in a separate bowl
Mix all liquid ingredients in a mixer
Add the dry ingredients to the mixer into the moist ingredients and mix on low until well mixed
If dough is too loose for form a ball, put dough in refrigerator until firmed up.
Roll in golf size balls and then roll in sugar before placing on baking pan
bake at 350 for 15-17 minutes
