1 lb. lean ground beef
15 oz. can kidney beans
1 can diced tomatoes and green chilis, drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
12 oz. pkg corn tortillas
4 c. shredded cheese
3 T. taco seasoning
1 bag tortilla chips on the side – if desired

Directions:
Directions:
1 – Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2 – Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium high heat. Drain excess fat.
3 – After beef is browned, add taco seasoning, beans, diced tomatoes/green chillis, and soup.
4 – Mix well and heat in a 13 x 9 baking dish, cover bottom of the dish with about a cup of the meat mixture.
5 – Top this mixture with a single layer of corn tortillas.
6 – Put ½ of the remaining meat mixture on top of the tortilla layer and cover with cheese.
