4 c. dry stuffing mix
1 c. chicken broth
½ c. unsalted butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1 small onion, finely chopped
½ c. celery, finely chopped
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
1 – Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2 – In a large bowl combine the dry stuffing mix with the chicken broth and melted butter. Mix until the stuffing is moistened.
3 – Stir in beaten eggs, onion, celery, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
4 – Form mixture into small balls about the size of a golf ball. Place the stuffing balls on the prepared baking sheet.
5 – Bake for 20 to 15 minutes or until they are golden brown and firm to the touch.
6 – Remove from oven and let them cool slightly – Garnish with parsley.
