2 cup sugar
1 cup soft butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 egg
1 tsp. Vanilla
3 cups flour
1 tsp. Baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well sugar, butter, cream cheese. Beat in egg and vanilla. Add flour and baking powder. Batter will be stiff. Divide in two, wrap in plastic wrap and freeze overnight.
Floorboard and roll out dough. Cut thick or thin and bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Makes about 3 doz. Cookies.
