2 cans crescent rolls
4 oz thinly sliced salami
4 oz thinly sliced swiss cheese
4 oz thinly sliced pepperoni
4 oz thinly sliced American cheese
4 oz thinly sliced capicola (cured Italian ham or cooked ham)
4 oz thinly sliced provolone cheese
1/4 cup banana peppers (roasted red peppers are a nice variation)
1 tbsp mustard
1/4 cup mayonnaise
Dash of garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper
3 tbsp butter
2 tsp dried Italian herbs

Directions:
Directions:
Line a small baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick spray
Unroll one crescent roll sheet
Add one layer of of meats and cheeses
Mix the mayonnaise, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder and pepper and spread
Add another layer of meats and cheeses
Top with crescent roll sheet and poke holes over top
Bake at 375 degrees for about 25 minutes
Melt the butter and mix in the dried Italian herbs
Remove pan from oven and brush the melted butter over the top, bake for 15 minutes more
Remove from oven and let rest for 15 minutes

Recipe can be altered to make Reuben squares. Substitute corned beef, sauerkraut (squeezed dry), Swiss cheese and thousand island dressing
