Notes: When I think back to the days I made Tuna Casserole, I can’t help but smile at how it became the "bomb" of the neighborhood! Every time I whipped up this recipe, it was like a delicious signal that drew kids in from all around. Almost before I knew it, I’d have an extra 5 or more kids at our table—Justin, Heather, James, Nikki, Trisha, Hisham, Sage and Tenaya, all finding their way to our home,
There was something truly special about those bustling evenings filled with laughter and chatter. I remember the thrill of putting the dish in the oven, knowing that soon, our table would be full of hungry kids. They’d pile in, bringing their energy and stories, and I loved every moment of it. Sometimes, I even found myself making three pans to ensure everyone got their fill.
As the aroma filled the kitchen, it was hard not to feel the warmth and joy that came with it. The excitement in the air was palpable as we gathered around the table. Those nights, surrounded by so many smiling faces and filled with vibrant conversation, were some of my favorite moments.
Even now, every time I make that Tuna Casserole, I’m reminded of those lively dinners. It was more than just a dish; it was all about friends and laughter, and the joy of sharing life together. I still can’t help but chuckle thinking about how a simple recipe turned into a neighborhood favorite.
