8oz box Manicotti noodles
24oz prego spaghetti sauce
14 string cheese
1 pound hamburger or sausage
Onion (optional)
1 T minced garlic (optional)
1 1/2c chicken broth
2 c shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan
Directions:
Directions:
Place one string cheese in each manicotti noodle and place them in a oiled 9x13 pan

Fry hamburger onions and garlic till browned and onions are tender

Place meat on top of the noodles
Pour jar of spaghetti sauce over the meat evenly
Pour chicken broth on top of spaghetti sauce
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese
Cover and bake for 40-45 minutes uncover and bake a few more minutes if you want the cheese golden
