1 cup quinoa
1 3/4 cups water
3 cups kale (massaged
2 cups bean sprouts
1 cup carrot, shredded
2 cups pineapple, sliced
1 cup red pepper, sliced
1 cup red cabbage, sliced
1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup sweet chili dressing
1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
1/4 cup green onions, sliced
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Bring the water and quinoa to a bowl, and reduce heat to simmer until auinoq is tender, about 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile, assemble salad and enjoy.
