1 C. Chopped Pecans
1 C. Coconut
1 German Chocolate Cake Mix (Mix as directed)
1 Stick melted Butter or Margarine
8 oz. Cream Cheese, room temperature
1 lb. Box Powdered Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350º.
Grease 9” X 13” pan. Add chopped pecans to cover the bottom of the pan. Add coconut on top of pecans. Mix cake as directed and pour batter on top of pecans and coconut. Mix together butter and cream cheese. Add powdered sugar and mix well. Drizzle on top of batter. Bake at 350º for 45-55 minutes. Let cool completely and serve inverted.

To test for doneness, tap the center of the cake and if it doesn’t jiggle, it should be done. This is good served with Cool Whip.
