1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

1 1/3 cup sugar
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3 eggs
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 Tbsp vanilla
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips



Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º. Line a 9x9x2 baking sheet with foil, leaving a 1 inch flap over the edges of the pan. Grease foil and set pan aside.

In a medium bowl, stir together the 1 cup of flour and the brown sugar. Using a pastry blender, cut in the 1/2 cup butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in the 1/4 cup mini chips. Press into prepared pan and bake 8 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a large bowl stir together sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Add eggs, melted butter, and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Stir in chips.

Carefully spread over crust. Bake 40 minutes. Cool. Lift foil out of pan and cut into brownies.
