2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried dill)
Salt and pepper to taste
Vegetable oil, for frying
Sour cream or yogurt, for serving (optional)

In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, flour, minced garlic, dill, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
Heat a thin layer of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture per fritter and drop into the hot oil, flattening them slightly with the back of a spoon.
Fry the fritters for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove the fritters from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
Serve the chicken fritters warm with sour cream or yogurt if desired
