Sliced Jalapeno Peppers
2 cups cheese (1C Sharp, 1C Colby Jack or whatever you have/want)
4 eggs
pinch of Cayenne Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Spray bottom of pie plate with Pam. Line bottom with sliced jalapeno peppers. Add 2 cups cheese (1C Sharp and 1C Colby Jack or whatever you have/want). Beat 4 eggs and pour over cheese, lightly sprinkle with cayenne pepper. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.

Serve warm or cool.
