Dry ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup brown sugar

Wet ingredients:
1 egg
1/2 cup whole milk (or 1/4 c heavy cream and 1/4 c water)
1/4 cup oil

2 mashed bananas
1 apple, peeled and chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º.

Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add chopped apple.

In a separate bowl, combine all wet ingredients and then add to the dry ingredients. Don't overmix. Add the mashed bananas.

Using a 1/4 cup measure, this will make 12 muffins.

Bake for approximately 20 minutes.

This is great using 2 cups of freshly milled flour from soft white wheat berries.
