1 cup butter, softened
3 cups sugar
6 large eggs
3 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp soda
1 ( 8 oz) sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Beat butter at medium speed for about 2 minutes or until soft and creamy. Gradually add sugar; beat at medium speed for 5 - 7 min. Add eggs, one at a time, beating just until yellow disappears. Combine flour and soda; add to the creamed mixture alternately with the sour cream; beginning and ending with the flour mixture. Mix at low speed just until blended, after each addition. Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan. Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Cool in pan for 15 - 20 minutes. Remove from pan and let cool completely.
