1/2 pint whipping cream
32 large marshmallows, cut into pieces
1/2 cup of wine or pickle juice
8 doz. 2-1/2 inch graham crackers
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
2 cups seedless raisins
1 cup finely chopped dates
1-1/2 cups pecans, chopped
2/3 cup candied pineapple, chopped
1 cup candied cherries, chopped
2 tbs. candied orange peel

In a bowl place the whipping cream, marshmallows, and the wine and set aside. Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs. Place in a large bowl with the remaining ingredients; add the cream mixture and mix thoroughly. Pack into a pan lined with waxed paper. Decorate the top with fruit and nuts. Place in refrigerator and store for several days before serving.
