1 head of cabbage, chopped fine
1 medium onion, chopped
2 sticks butter, melted separately
salt and pepper to taste
3/4 c mayonnaise
2 cans cream of chicken coup
1 can Rotel tomatoes (Do Not drain)
1 1/2 c sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In a 9 x 13 glass pan, layer cabbage and onions. Pour 1 stick of melted butter over this layer. Salt and pepper to taste. In a bowl combine mayonnaise, soups, and Rotel tomatoes, and add to cabbage and onions. Next make a topping by mixing crackers, cheese, and the other stick of melted butter. Spread on top of cabbage and onion mixture. Bake for about 45 minutes or until tender. Do not overcook cabbage.
