½ C butter
1 C brown sugar
1 egg
½ tsp vanilla
2 C flour
¾ tsp baking powder
¾ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
1/3 C cultured sour cream
1 ½ C cashews chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter & sugar. Beat in eggs & vanilla. Add dry ingredients w/sour cream. Mix in nuts. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake 375 degrees for 8-10 min or until light brown.

Frosting:
Make ½ C browned butter (put butter in a sauce pan & simmer until the butter turns brown. Watch closely. Do not burn). Add 3 T half & half, ¼ tsp vanilla and 2 C powdered sugar. Beat until creamy. Spread on cooled cookies & top with a whole cashew.
