Ingredients:  
1 can small Artichoke hearts drained and chopped
1 10 oz pkg frozen spinach
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 c chicken or vegetable stock
1 T Cavenders
2 -3 garlic cloves pressed
1/2 t salt

add ins:
1 c sharp cheddar cheese grated
1/2 c plain lowfat greek yogurt (8 oz)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Add the dip ingredients, except the add-ins, to the Instapot. Cook on Custom for 6 minutes
2. When the timer is up, manually release the pressure
3. Stir in the add ins. Let the dip sit for 15 minutes to thicken before serving. ( It is pretty runny at first so give it some time)

4. You can freeze this dip for another day.
