2 large loaves whole wheat bread
1 cup melted butter
Vegetable broth to moisten (about 2 cups)
2 T marjoram
2 T sage
2 T thyme
3 T poultry seasoning
1 bunch of celery, diced finely
2 extra large, sweet onions, chopped finely

Directions:
Directions:
The night before, put bread slices in unheated oven to dry out. Chop dry bread into small squares.
Chop celery and onion. Suate until softened in melted butter with seasonings. Mix bread, vegetable mixture together. Moisten with broth. Spray 2 muffin tins with vegetable spray. Using a half cup measuring cup, fill muffin cups. Press down with bottom of measuring cup. Bake 375 degrees about 25 minutes.
