3 c. cooked, shredded chicken
6 c. chicken stock or broth
8 oz. cream cheese
½ c. chopped celery
10 slices bacon, cooked & diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 c. shredded cheese
8 oz. angel hair pasta
10.5 oz. can cream chicken soup
1 c. milk
½ c. diced carrots
1 small onion, diced
2 tbsp. ranch seasoning
½ tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. oil or butter
salt & pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350º. Bake chicken, seasoned with salt & pepper, 20 minutes. Shred to make 3 c. In a large stockpot, over medium heat, add 1 tbsp. oil or butter; sauté vegetables 5 minutes. Add in broth. In medium bowl, combine chicken soup and milk. Whisk until smooth. Add in ranch mix, garlic and garlic powder; mix well. Add to broth mix. Add in cream cheese, stirring to melt. Bring to a boil, stirring well. Add chicken and bacon; reduce heat to medium-low. Let simmer 20 minutes. Add pasta and cheese, cook until pasta is tender, and cheese is melted, 5-7 minutes.
