Continue to layer crackers and cheese in a tree shape.
Row 2 – I used 9 Wheat + Flax crackers
Row 3 – I used all of the Danish Havarti, overlapping each square quite a bit
Row 4 – I used almost all Poppy + Pepper crackers
Row 5 – I used all of the Irish Cheddar
Row 6 – I used all the Multigrain crackers, spreading the out
Row 7 – I used all of the Dutch Gouda + as much German Swiss as I needed to fill out the row
Row 8 – All the Sea Salt + Black Pepper crackers
Trunk – 1 Stone Ground Wheat cracker
