2 Tbsp meringue powder
4 Tbsp warm water
2 cups powdered sugar
1 Tbsp light corn syrup
Desired food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
1. In the bowl of your mixer, mix the meringue powder and water on high speed. Mix until completely dissolved and very frothy.

2. Add half of the powdered sugar, mix on low until incorporated.

3. Add the rest of the powdered sugar and corn syrup. Mix on low until combined, then on high for 2 minutes.

4. Check consistency, scoop some icing up and let it drip back into the bowl. Count how long it take for your drip to smooth out in the bowl and completely rejoin the rest of the icing. For flood icing you want it to be about 10-15 seconds.

5. Mix in desire food coloring.

Add any flavoring with the corn syrup
