1 lb Crisco
2 Tablespoon sugar
1 1/4 cup water
3 cups of Flour
2 egg yolks

Icing
1 cup milk,
a pinch of salt
2 Tbsp Corn Starch

1 cup sugar,
1/2 cup crisco
1/2 cup margarine
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Only use 1/4 cup of Crisco then every hour, roll out dough and spread 1/4 cup Crisco on dough and put back in fridge. Do this about 6 times or until all the Crisco is gone.

Make thin slice and roll on lady lock pins. Bake at 375º for 8 minutes.

To make icing:

Do first: Bring 1 cup milk, pinch of salt and 2 Tbsp corn starch to a boil until this gets thick, stirring constantly (cool)

Do second: Mix 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup Crisco, 1/2 cup margarine and teaspoon vanilla
mix well until sugar disolves. Then add to the milk mixture.

Fill lady locks
