Filling:
3 c. cut rhubarb
2 T. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
1 t. vanilla

Crumb Mixture:
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. flour
1 t. baking soda
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and cook filling mixture until thick. Stir often.
Prepare crumb mixture and put 3/4 of mixture in 9x13" baking pan. Press down. Pour rhubarb over crumb crust and put rest of crumbs on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool before cutting.
