3 tbsp butter
1/2 cup mushrooms, celery, onion, chicken (type of cream of soup you are making)
4 tbsp flour
1/2 cup chicken stock
1/2 cup milk or cream
1/4 tsp salt
1 oz Sherry if making green bean casserole
1/4 tsp pepper
Onion and garlic optional

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer veggies or chicken in butter until soft
Add flour, cook for a few minutes to toast flour
Add stock and cream simmer until thicken
