½ cup butter
½ cup heavy whipping cream
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
¼ teaspoon
2 ¼ cups powdered sugar
1 ⅓ cup toasted pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in a pan; butter, heavy cream, granulated sugar, brown sugar, salt, and. Stirring continuously, bring mixture to a boil until the temperature reaches 235 degrees F.
Remove pan from heat.
Allow mixture to cool to about 105 degrees F, or for about 30 minutes.
Vigorously stir the mixture for 1-2 minutes until it thickens. Add powdered sugar and pecans and continue stirring until the mixture loses its shine.
Spoon fudge into a shallow baking dish, chill and cut into squares.
