1 large spaghetti squash
1 5oz block Boursin garlic and fine herbs cheese
1lb chicken tenderloins, diced
2 Tblsp butter, softened
1 small container cherry tomatoes, diced
Salt
Peppers
Paprika
Garlic powder
Onion powder

Directions:
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 450. Split spaghetti squash in half and clean out seeds/pulp.

- Coat each half of squash with 1tblsp of butter each as well as a light layer of olive oil. Sprinkle salt & pepper and garlic powder. Add in tomatoes.

- Coat diced chicken in salt & pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.

- Roast chicken and squash on a large sheet pan for 45 minutes uncovered

- Split Boursin block in half and mix into to squash while hot.
